As lawsuits against Bayer, the maker of the contraceptive pill Yasmine (also known as Yaz), progress through the federal court system—attorney Darren A Miller of Houston’s D. Miller & Associates PLLC reports that the health issues involved remain a topic of interest for women.

Those who are eligible to file a Yaz lawsuit are women who were taking Yasmine or a generic equivalent, and suffered any of the following while on the drug: blood clots in the legs (DVT) or lungs (Pulmonary Embolism), or a stroke, according to Miller.
