The Mesothelioma Victims Center says, "We cannot emphasize enough how vital it is for diagnosed victims of mesothelioma to call us while they are in the first two stages of this rare malignant form of cancer. The ability of the afflicted person to recall where or how they were exposed to asbestos, is the central building block to the most successful mesothelioma compensation claim. This is why we feel it necessary to highlight the four stages."

The four stages of mesothelioma cancer include:

  • Stage 1 is divided into stages 1A and 1B. In stage IA, cancer is found in one side of the chest in the lining of the chest wall and may also be found in the lining of the chest cavity between the lungs and/or the lining that covers the diaphragm. Cancer has not spread to the lining that covers the lung. In stage IB, cancer is found in one side of the chest in the lining of the chest wall and the lining that covers the lung. Cancer may also be found in the lining of the chest cavity between the lungs and/or the lining that covers the diaphragm.

  • Stage II (Advanced) In stage II, cancer is found in one side of the chest in the lining of the chest wall, the lining of the chest cavity between the lungs, the lining that covers the diaphragm, and the lining that covers the lung.

  • In stage III, either of the following is true: Cancer is found in one side of the chest in the lining of the chest wall. Cancer may have spread to, the lining of the chest cavity between the lungs, the lining that covers the diaphragm, the lining that covers the lung, the diaphragm muscle, the lung.

  • In stage IV, the cancer cannot be removed by surgery and is found in one or both sides of the body. Cancer may have also spread to lymph nodes, anywhere in the chest or above the collarbone. Cancer has spread to other parts of the body, or various organs.

We will make absolute certain the diagnosed victim, or their family members have instant access to the nation's most skilled mesothelioma compensation attorneys and we will also do everything possible to make certain the victim and their family members have the best possible treatment options available. No other group offers these services. For more information please contact the Mesothelioma Victims Center anytime at 866-714-6466 or visit http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.com.

"Our number one goal is the best possible financial compensation for all diagnosed victims of mesothelioma. It is of the utmost importance we get the nation's most skilled mesothelioma attorneys to the victim while they are still in the early stages of this aggressive form of cancer. Achieving the best possible mesothelioma compensation hinges on the victim's ability to recall specifics about where or how they were exposed to asbestos. If the victim is too ill, their ability to recall specific details about possible exposure to asbestos will be dramatically impacted, as will their compensation," says the Mesothelioma Victims Center. http://MesotheliomaVictimsCenter.com

"Frequently, an individual served in the US Navy, worked in a power plant, an oil refinery, or a shipyard decades ago. At some point they get pneumonia type symptoms that did not get better and the doctors ultimately determinde it is a rare form of cancer called mesothelioma. According to the CDC the states with the highest incidence of mesothelioma as a percentage of the population include New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, West Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming. However, we get calls from, and we help diagnosed victims in all states including New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and Montana. This year about 2,500 US citizens will be diagnosed with mesothelioma."
